TV/Monitor Fees:
Small TVs (<55"): $10 flat rate
Large TVs (55"+): $25 flat rate
Requirements: Host provides staffing, location, and event insurance
Note: Travel fees may apply for distances over 25 miles
Commercial Event
$350/hour

Capacity: Handles approximately 40-100 guests

Event Details & Requirements
Time Requirements
- Minimum Duration: 3 hours
- Maximum Duration: 5 hours
- Setup Time: 30 minutes
Booking Requirements
- Deposit Required:$100 (non-refundable)
- Advance Notice: 2-3 weeks preferred
- Payment: Due within 5 business days
Important Notes
- Community Events: Staff must lift TVs and help load trucks
Community Events: Host provides staffing, location, and event insurance
- Community Events: Additional truck rental cost paid by host
- Travel fees may apply for distances over 25 miles from Colorado Springs
- TV/Monitor fees for Free Events: $10 (small) / $25 (large 55"+)
- Additional fees apply for larger items in paid packages
- CRT TVs and items with refrigerants have special handling requirements
- Site must have vehicle access for our trucks
- Weather contingency plans should be discussed for outdoor events
- Certificates of recycling can be provided upon request
